We’ve just added a new feature to SignUp—the Image Uploader—that makes adding images to your event listings simpler than ever.
In the past, it was necessary to either host your images on another website and bring that link into SignUp or zip up all of your images and send them to Support. Now, however, you can keep and manage all of your images in one place.
In order to use this feature, you need to have the right user access to modify and delete images from your site. If you don’t have access to this feature, talk to your admin about enabling it on your account.
The Image Uploader is pretty straightforward, but here’s a quick tutorial on how each part works.
It only takes a few clicks to upload an image directly to SignUp now.
1. Click on the “Event details” tab.
2. Scroll down until you see the “Select image” button.
3. Click “Select image” in the window.
4. Find your image.
Disclaimer: The Image Uploader requires images to be 500kb or below. If your image is larger than that, we have a few tutorials that should help.
Click on the Apple, Windows, or Photoshop Tutorial links below to learn how to shrink your images.

Importing with a URL
If you prefer to upload images using a URL, that option still exists, and it does have its benefits.
In your Media Library, which I will talk about next, you have a finite amount of space for image uploads. Every image that you upload from your Desktop will add to your “bucket” of images. But, if you upload from a URL? Those images will be added to your library, but they don’t count against your allotted image capacity.
Images uploaded from a URL even have a special section in your Media Library, so they’re not confused with images uploaded from your Desktop.
The Media Library
This is where you’ll be able to look at the spread of images that you’ve uploaded to your site, delete old images, and monitor your image storage capacity. (The Media Library even has a cool progress bar that will let you know when you’re getting close to your max.)
One of the other nice things about the library is the fact that you can reuse images from old events. So, rather than hunting for the same image for multiple events, you can simply choose it from your Media Library.
