**Important Note About Manuals:
In order to more effectively meet the needs of our customers, we are migrating from traditional product manuals to a wiki format that includes video as well as documentation. The wiki allows users to pick the training format that is best for them, while breaking the information into manageable units that can be reviewed in a short amount of time. Manuals will no longer be updated regularly as of October 2010. We recommend downloading the manuals to your computer and using the search function within the documents to find what you may need. Otherwise, all updates and information will be placed on the wiki. All documentation will be fully transfered to the wiki by the end of 2011.

- The main product manuals are divided into two parts: staff interface and public interface.
- To find a topic quickly, open the appropriate manual listed below. Use the FIND option (located under Edit on the Adobe Acrobat toolbar). Type in the topic/word you’re looking for and click Find. A list of matches will appear on the right side of your screen.
