Wanted: Customers who want to test knowledge bases…
Doesn’t that sound EXCITING??? Okay, maybe not to some of you. But hear me out… We’re in the process of reviewing knowledge base products that would help our customers find help with software issues more quickly. We’ve narrowed it down to a few options, but we would now like to do some testing to see how customers might interact with the products.
