Summer Reader Free Trials – There’s still time to sign up!

We’re offering our Summer Reader product for FREE until April.  Sign up, attend a training, and receive links to your library’s very own Summer Reader site.  We’re also providing winter reading templates that match coordinating prizes available from Highsmith!

Server Maintenance Note: Attention Hosted Customers

We will be performing maintenance on some of our hosting servers this weekend. Hosts included are:

This maintenance should only occur in the early morning or late evening this weekend and should only last for a few minutes.
We are preparing for hardware modifications which should improve performance for all of our hosted customers.

A note about Support this week

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Because the week of Thanksgiving is consistently a slow week (we receive significantly fewer support calls and emails this week), our Support team is using the down time to transition our Customer Resource Management system to a new product.  Our responses times will be a bit more slow than usual – expect about a one day delay – depending on the question and when you contact us.  (If we are up to our elbows in data transition, it might take us a while to respond)

We know this is a huge inconvenience, so we made sure that we launched our Knowledge Base late last week.  The Knowledge Base replaces the wiki we were using to store documentation.  We think you’ll find this new solution to be easier to use and more intuitive.  Here’s a video with a quick tour and more information:
