Evanced Video Contest Offers Fun & Financial Assistance

Indianapolis, IN – January 6, 2010 – Evanced Solutions announced today that they’re sponsoring a
“We Love Evanced” video competition for their customers. The winner of the competition will
receive a scholarship for their library to help offset conference expenses for attending the 2010
American Library Association Annual Conference to be held June 24-30, 2010 in Washington, D.C.
Evanced is encouraging customers to create 3-5 minute videos explaining why they love Evanced
Solutions’ services and products. Judges will view the submissions and a winner will be
announced at the 2010 Public Library Association Conference March 23-27, 2010 in Portland, OR.
Entries will be judged on their content, creativity, and originality. The winning library will not only
receive a $1000 scholarship to attend the 2010 American Library Association Annual Conference,
but will also receive a free copy of Camtasia Studio video editing software from Techsmith, and a
free one-year subscription to any new or current Evanced product. Additional information including
